Reason for Appeal: (This was right when I first started playing ss13 so I was ignorant to rp rules and I didn't take things seriously. I've now had a lot of experience with rp and I would like to try again and enjoy a rp environment. I acknowledge that I broke the avoid pain roleplay rule and the don't be a dick OOC rule)
