What times are you most available?: I usually play late evenings, and am often seen playing late into the early morning (against my better judgement) on weekends.
Experience
How long have you played SS13?: About two years now.
How long have you played on Aurora?: Aurora was my first server, making it roughly two years.
How active on the forums, discord and/or server are you? I am moderately active on the Relay discord, I have activity spikes on the forum, and I am quite active on the server itself.
Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?: I have been banned a few times, once to valid-hunting, once to accidentally blowing the SM as a malf AI, and as of this post, I have been banned from playing antag for stealing TC from an SSD player. The valid-hunting ban was then turned to a warning after a discussion with the banning staff, the SM-ban was an accident, and lasted two days, and the antag ban has been permanent for roughly two months.
Have you ever volunteered as moderation staff for any other servers, SS13 or otherwise?: I currently moderate the Villagers Dream Discord server, and have both run admin and moderated for several other non-SS13 servers.
Do you have any other experience that you believe would be relevant to a position in the CCIA?: I do not as of yet.
Personality
Why do you want to join the CCIA?: I have applied out of a passion for both paperwork and the server. It's important to me that people on the server can enjoy a fully immersive experience, and CCIA Agents play an integral role in this, acting as a consistent HR department.
What do you think are the most important qualities for a CCIA Agent to possess?: Several abilities are important for CCIA Agents to possess, the main one being that the role requires that you stay impartial under all circumstances; you are playing a role that makes big decisions for players, sometimes even handing down permanent punishments to characters. Thus, it is important to be able to detach yourself from whatever emotions you might have, both as a player on the server, and as other characters you might have in relation to the person in question whilst still remaining empathetic to all sides of the story.

The second key ability for an Agent is the ability to take concise, clear notes, detailing the events that are transcribed in a non-biased way that are easy enough to read, organised efficiently, and have obvious conclusions drawn from them; this ability is important as there are multiple agents working together on cases, and different agents have different ways of taking and reading notes. Notes tailored explicitly for yourself are useless when presented to other parties, making the ability to discuss outcomes and approaches with other agents far more difficult. Communication is key.

Finally, the last key quality of an Agent is to never crack under pressure. In a role primarily focused on dealing with other people, from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures, it is easy to find yourself lost in a sea of information and opinions. Agents should be able to stay calm whilst in this sea, keeping a level head so that they may sort and process as much information in short spaces of time and produce results that remain unbiased and logical.
What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is in an ongoing round?: Within a round, the primary role of a CCIA Agent is to interview crew who have filed, or are involved in an Incident Report. Otherwise, CCIA Staff are used to ICly host and run events, alongside offering options for antagonists to interact with a high-authority figure. The Agents are the representatives of Central Command, and are used for exactly that in all manner of things, from writing faxes to the station, visiting the station for inspections, and helping to organise the Odin staff (Namely the Odin Troopers.)
What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is outside of the server?: Outside the server, Agents primarily deal with the logistics of Incident Reports. They analyse data, process interviews, and hand down punishments or praise, contacting players' characters through Discord and other social media in an ICly manner to aide in these tasks. Furthermore, CCIA Agents are known for organising canon events for players to take part in and enjoy, working tirelessly to organise things such as the Staff Calendar, Staff Beach Party, Staff Halloween Ball, and Staff Picnic, all of which are or were events that are in the official Aurora Canon.
How do you handle stress?: I work in a UK Postal Office. This line of work is notorious for being one of the most difficult environments to work in, with queues often forming of twenty to thirty people in a matter of moments and customers being quick to cogitate and anger over the smallest things. My coworkers have denoted me as the member of staff who always seems to stay positive, often giving them the inspiration to continue on with their day. I always try to keep a smile on my face, and I'm even difficult to tilt despite being stuck in Bronze on LoL.
How well do you work autonomously?: Working autonomously is something I need to improve on. I have been noted to struggle to keep focus on the task at hand at work, and mostly excel when interacting with people. Despite this, I believe I can produce the level of self-motivation required to fulfil this role as I truly do have a passion for working with and for people.

You have too many notes and bans, and you were just unbanned from your latest antag one. I have to say I'm not very confident in your ability to not break rules. As a staff team, we need to be extra careful of that as we represent the server and its spirit. Not being banned also helps quite a bit while in staff.
