Overview of the Incident: This one was preforming routine maintenance on the PDA messaging server to adjust the spam filter. The added key phrases were then, as always, checked with the current messaging log via a ctrl+F search function ensure communications would not be hampered. The last recorded message, was from two employees within the medbay, surgeons who's name he cannot recall mocking Tajara and their speaking. This one, instead of bothering to look through the entire logs or do much else, simply walked over to the medbay and gave a general reminder to the entire staff present that professionalism on corporate messaging servers was expected. No names were dropped, no details of what was said was discussed and thus the matter was handled. The Captain, Eliade, decided to pull this one into his office and reprimand this one while demanding the HoS charge him with an "illegal" search. When the HoS informed him such a charge could not be applied as it was not within their charge lists, he then demanded instead that this one be charged with "Neglect of Duty". The captain did not bother to investigate the matter that happened nor ask this one what was said to the medbay, but decided to then say the matter was closed at this one would need a warrant to access the messaging server even though he is expected to maintain it. This one was forced to go with the HoS' office and wait for the charge to be applied which ensured he missed the shuttle home. He finds this harassment unbecoming of a commanding officer and this charge preposterous. He secondly questions this Captain's ability to judge privacy laws and blatant favoritism for human's over Tajara.
