Overview of the Incident: I had recently arrived when I heard, over the radio, that the medical lobby was vented by engineers altering the area above the lobby again.  I went to inspect and found that engineering had constructed a floor above the medical lobby.

I told Roadman I didn't want a floor there and to please remove it, he told me that as CE, he can build wherever he wants.  As I understand, this is not how departmental authority works.  All the same, I communicated with the HoP, Mia Newton, and showed her the construction done in medical.  We voted together, as majority command, to tell Roadman to fix the construction.  He refused.

Shortly after, during a hivebot incident, Roadman announced he had taken the spare ID.  He didn't ask, or offer any explanation for why he took it, he simply announced he stole it.  As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter if you have the best reason to take it in the world, you don't steal high access without getting approval from the rest of command.

Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: N/A

Actions taken: Attempts were made to place a warrant on Roadman but ultimately the crew transferred and no action was taken.
