Overview of the Incident: Report of harrassment. Incident occurred in Bar. Mister Carton made several insults including calling Mister Davis a sex offender, as well as insinuating that he assaulted another member of the crew. This is not the first of these incidents. An attempt to reconcile any issues between the two was attempted.

Altercations concerning Mister Davis and Officer Carton have reached a head. Command (myself and Nasir Khayyam) and Internal Affairs (Agent October Walsh and Agent Terrance Frank) have opened investigation into this matter.

Officer Carton has continued to harrass Mister Davis in the workplace due to Mister Davis' treatment of Tajaran crewmembers and feline mascots.

Due to the nature of the complaints, the timeframe of multiple shifts, and the multiple crewmembers involved, the Duty Officer Corps are requested to intervene. The effect to productivity of these matters is unacceptable.

Due to Miss Walsh's wishes for me to take over as on-site handler of this file, I've collected a statement from Miss Mo'Taki over the statement made from Mister Carton that Travis has sexually assaulted her. It is enclosed.

[10:56] Heather Wyatt says, "A complaint was registered with him, and you were mentioned."
