Overview of the Incident: Two complaints, one regards towards me (Ayla Leonberger), where early in this shift i called inn that there was space bats in warehouse, he ran by kitchen when i had a small break commenting in a negative tone that i wasnt at work because of the bats.

I told him that i was only at kitchen to get something to eat and pickup the kitchen bounty, He took it upon himself to clear the bats, wich is fine, but then made a second remark for me to get back to work.

Second complaint is that he took it upon himself to build a second bar in holodeck depriveing everyone from entertainment, i belive Burt Muldoon (Chef) took this very negative aswell, i have not spoken to bartender but i cannot see how a second bar will attract more customers in a allready skeleton crew sized shift.
I belive Chef spoke to him about this and Cygnus Rey (Chief Engineer) took down the bar near two hour mark, also worth noteing, none of the engineering related bountys was completed.

This is an automated message to inform you that your incident report will not be pursued for the following reasons:

  • As a Chief member of Nanotrasen's engineering staff, we put trust in Cygnus Rey to act as he sees fit in regards to engineering matters, this includes projects both for himself and for the engineering department to take part in to help engineers learn and keep their skills sharp. Such projects have been done on multiple shifts by multiple Chief Engineers, and engineering teams. It is not up to the discretion of a Cargo Technician, nor a Chef, if the Chief Engineer is allowed to pursue such projects.
  • If Nanotrasen considered every slightly negative comment and workers being told to get back to work as worthy of an IR based on harassment, the CCIA division would be up to their necks in IRs after every shift. It is a work place, your command staff are there to ensure you are doing your job. Please do not clog up our reporting system with unnecessary reports of this nature.
  • None of what you listed under Nature of Incident is reflected in your report. There is no grounds for Destruction of Property, Neglect of Duty, Harassment, or Misconduct.
