Explanation:
After a small discussion in synth-general, NiennaB and the community decided that we should have an official community made IPC record format.

If you want to assist, read through the example and comment with your own idea. Otherwise, criticize either the example, or anyone's suggestions. At the end of this when we have one coherent thing, we'll eventually pin the format and or add it to the wiki somewhere.

Remember to read through all the comments before writing your format, so you can take all the criticism from everyone else's formats.

It separates the Public part of the records information as Basic Information, then Identifying Features, before finally going to things that are relevant to their own sections. See the example fill for, well, example on their usage.

The idea for most of the Employment being marked as Verification and Validation comes from the idea of the process products/software goes through to mark them as fully built per specifications and with the validation that it does its job properly for clients. Plus, also gives them a special flavor with different checks and marks.

14/06/2458 - Legs repaired after fire incident, panels repaired and reinstalled.

SOFTWARE DIAGNOSTICS HISTORY:
20/03/2455 - Fully responsive with most damage done to the chassis. Memory banks unstable when data of the incident is accessed.
28/03/2456 - Positronic adapted well to new chassis. Minimum hand-eye coordination software rot. Internal balancing and gyroscope calculation instability. Memory banks about the incident still unreliable.

ROBOTICIST NOTES: Phill McStreams, PhD Robotics: Still kicking, but the problem now is either the leg or the balancing issues. Should still be fine for grunt work.

HEPHAESTUS INDUSTRIES WORK CASE 15/12/2444 - 20/03/2455
SUMMARY: Unit assigned to the Hepahestus Production Station Sfyrí as a Station Engineer, to repair, rebuild and improve the station as ordered.
WORK RESULT: Work incident involving a Waste Crusher destroyed most of the unit's chassis. Positronic was removed for installment on a new chassis.
REMARKS: God knows what could have happened if H-L hadn't slowed down the crusher as it did. - Engineer Michael Forthill

NANOTRASEN CORPORATION TEST CASE 28/03/2456 - 01/04/2457
SUMMARY: Test case to validate unit H-Loader #55 of Mining Protocols for standards marks, and validate of no complications with the new chassis as a Shaft Miner. Test result will evaluate if unit is fit to return to previous assignments as an Engineer.
TEST RESULT: Test Pass - No major complications, but notable internal balancing issues noted. Further software diagnostics and chassis repairs may be needed at scheduled times. Miner Marks and NT Certified Mining Accreditation granted. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ENGINEERING WORK.
REMARKS: While not slow, unit was having trouble with finer hand coordination for more delicate tasks. When asked to sculpt a rock and not bash it to pieces, it only mostly bashed it to pieces before it crumbled. Not recommended for engineering work for now. - Senior Quartermaster Shi Yazhu
