Overview of the Incident:

The incident took place on Victory Day which is a widely known holiday and very important for all free tajara. He was in a good mood and some party supplies were send to the station for the crew to enjoy. Among these were political manifests as well. This one took one for himself and left the rest in the bar for others to enjoy. He spend some more time in the bar earlier with a couple of scratchcards since he was lucky that day and won some credits. The consular was also there and he wished them a great Victory Day to which they told him in a rather ruder manner to leave them alone. He was a bit shocked by such unpatriotic behavior but did not give it much thought. Later a bug was found under the chair they sat on and everyone made a big secret out of the simple investigation and he was asked to search for more but he did not mind it much since the bar is a public area and anyone can record there in his opinion. What bothered him was that the consular seems to have replaced the manifests that were send to the crew together with other supplies with their own version of it. The originals were not found again and the replacements were brought to security by officer Ana Roh'hi'tin. He did not pay it much mind either since politicians are known for doing such things. Seeing how the originals went missing this one left his own copy at the consulars office so they could at least enjoy the scripture by our donators for themself. The consular made a big issue out of this to harm Ana Roh'hi'tin even though he said multiple times that it was his manifest and that it was simply missplaced. He did not want to cause a political issue by saying that he brought it to their office so he claimed to have lost it and some other crewmember must have then delivered it to the office of the consular. There is no big investigation needed for either of this but he would hope to see some instructions for consulars in the future as to not disturb ongoing celebrations with their politicly motivated goals or to denounce crew over perceived issues that were refuted by witnesses and forensic evidence. This day is obviously very important for all tajara and he would prefer it to not be overshadowed by such actions in the future, perharps giving the consulars a day off would be preferably as to allow them to enjoy it however and with whoever they wish to.

Best regards to central from Tamir!
