Reason of Ban: Attacking someone with a bat while they were running away, also terrible attitude in pms.
Reason for Appeal: I just felt like enough time has passed and i really enjoyed playing on this server even if I got banned somewhat unrightfully. I was still a pretty fresh and new player to it all and when i saw the people raiding the station - my character felt the need to protect it. I did not attempt to kill the character and get them out of the game, I was literally a medic trying to stop them so i can call security to capture them, all wounds would have been mended. The admin that spoke to me didn't seem all that friendly either so that caused an explosion in behavior. I apologize for it and I really hope that I can go back to playing on this server since it was quite literally the only server i enjoyed as much as I did... but yeah. After a long break, I'd really appreciate being able to play on it once again with a cleared head.

No, you were not. You played in the server for less then one month and got a couple of warnings, note and ban in a really short time span.

Unsure when I was not friendly, but your behavior was really awful. I don't see how a ban was not deserved when this was not the first time you started to insult people in dms. 

Now, I am bringing this in dms because you are somehow arguing that what you did was wrong, and if you can't see what was wrong with your behavior, unbanning you is pointless because you are likely going to do the same thing. Do you see the issue with how you were behaving?

I don't remember what happened when I got that ban other than that conversation you quoted. I am pretty sure that I was getting triggered by getting pm'd by admins because I was being looked at like a criminal for doing what others are doing, like with the cultist issue I had before. I attacked a person that was AFK without knowing it. I attacked a person that was cuffed without knowing it. It was a honest mistake and I was not able to reasonably talk about it. I get why you'd ban me because of the behavior. So yeah - I see the issue and I am trying to become a better person and stop having such outbursts.

Once again, I apologize for acting like I did, the period of life was not my greatest when these happened and I was easy to jump the gun and start cussing.
