Applications:

• Be creative, but also realistic with your application. Your item should be valuable and unique to your character, but it shouldn't be so valuable that they wouldn't realistically go to work with it.

• Custom items may not give the character a substantial in-game advantage: this is mainly for items for which there is no easily attainable equivalent in game, but may be applied for other items at the discretion of the custom items team.

• Some questions to think of to come up with your item are: does this item further my character's storyline? How valuable is it? Would this item be realistically brought to work? Can this not be replicated with loadout items? Does it fit the setting and theme of our server and your character?
• A character must have been played somewhat consistently to be eligible for a custom item. Applications for characters that have been played for less than a few days, for instance, will be denied.
• Custom items will not be given to players with bad administrative records.
• Having sprites already done for your item is encouraged and will speed up the process massively.
• If you wish to apply for a custom AI sprite, you can add a custom hologram sprite for your AI. You may either apply for them together, or apply for the AI hologram sprite to be added later on if you want one at all.
• Should you be applying for a custom cyborg sprite, you will need an entire set of sprites for all your modules with departmental colors. If you only want a single sprite for a single department, you will need to apply the standard module sprites for the departments you are not applying for.

Community Feedback:

• Community feedback is welcome for all custom items, but the final decision lies with the Custom Item Applications team. It is not ultimately a requirement for an application to pass.
• Anyone can vote. And you're encouraged to! State clearly why you are supporting/rejecting the application. Votes that comprise solely of "+1" or "-1" with no additional input will be ignored and/or deleted.
• Pointless feedback will be deleted. If your feedback is in no way constructive or has nothing important behind it (such as simply writing "-1 he's dumb"), then your comment will be deleted without warning.

Custom Item Removal:

• Custom items will be purged from players whose characters may not be played anymore due to IC events.
• Custom items will be purged from players that are not active anymore.

Banned Custom Items:

You may not apply for the following custom items:

• Any kind of pet or animal.
• Any kind of weapon.
• Any kind of custom ID or title.
• Any item that could reasonably be a loadout item.
• Any item labeled after your character specifically (e.g: John Doe's Lucky Hat)
• Hologram sprites for cyborgs.

This list may be edited at any point by the Custom Item Applications team.

If you have not posted your sprites on your application, you can message him directly and they will be added in batches whenever he has the time to do so. If you wish to make changes to your implemented sprite, you can make and PR them, or give Alberyk the updated sprites.
