[ ] - Misconduct
[x] - Other _Disrupting and attempting to fraud a the voting process of the Jargon Federation_

Overview of the Incident: Jargon Federation officials came to the Aurora to allow Skrell out side the Federation to vote for the next Grand Chancellor. Unfortunately members of the crew saw if fit to be disruptive and make attempts to fraud the votes on station. Shortly after the announcement the officials were arriving Ryan Barrett open spoke about committing voter fraud, due to his extensive record I was in no place to assume they were speaking in jest. I promptly ordered security to keep Barrett under watch for the duration of the shift when the officals arrived and had security related questions I informed them of what Ryan has said and the action I had taken, they saw it fit to forbid him from being near the Commissary. It was the Head of Security who suggested an injunction which I agreed to. For the remainder of the shift Ryan would simply be verbally disruptive  over the radio only untill a crew transfer was made and we docked with Odin would Ryan see fit to harass me outside the Tram waiting area due to my veteran status as a former Tupkala. I happened to also take a screen capture of harassment which im definitely cretin was targeted against me on the SCC relay (see attachment below).

About an hour and a half through the shift a situation would take place with Federation officials and a Jargon Federation citizen that would warrant them to be recalled back to Federation borders for re-education due to their low social score. A score that is given to all citizens of the Jargon Federation which denotes how well they abide by laws and up hold the Federations Ideals. Having a low score indicates criminal and anti-government behavior. Em'eeri Vissal was at risk of damaging the reputation between Jargon Federation and its allies warranting them to be recalled which is within the power of these Officials. The crews unawareness to how the Jargon Federations enforces the laws and policies over its citizens caused a few crewmen to become disruptive.

Undercity Fred after being vocal about Vissal's situation would make attempts to prevent voting by putting up biomass blockades and even trespassed into the voting area through the vents with their nymph. In Skrell Culture, this is considered extremely disrespectful and im sure any nation would see it the same way. The Gestalt was charged however I do not believe Corporate Regulations have a suitable punishment for the transgressions they committed. The Research Director was witness to this Gestalts actions.

Last critical issue of this shift was made by a Human male with light skin wearing a black turtle neck. They were spotted breaking into the voteing area and was chased off by Jargon Federation Officials and investigation was opened which led to Kelven Morris being the prime suspect as they had a black turtle neck found on their person. A lack of time remaining in the shift resulted in them being escorted on to the Odin for questioning. The Head of Security was put in charge of this investigation on station.

Submitted Evidence:

Would you like to be personally interviewed?:
[X] - Yes
[ ] - No

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: I am the Captain. Nothing short of an IR would be acceptable for this issue.
Actions taken: Security was increased in the area after the initial incident and ultimately only those permitted by the Jargon Federation Voting officials were permitted near the area. Undercity Fred, was charged for their actions however I do not believe corporate regulations can provide suitable punishment for what they did. An investigation was open to a second trespasser but charges were not pressed during the shift due to lack of time.

Additional Notes: I ended the shift off informing the crew of what the Jargon Federation expects of its citizens and explaining how our social credit score system works. I dont believe many are able to be as understanding of others culture and origins as I am, which I must say is unfortunate.
