WAYRT
Reporting Personnel: Malcolm McGulby Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Quartermaster Game ID: cfp-ckvM Personnel Involved: Malcolm McGulby, Quartermaster, Victim Richard Jonson, Chief Engineer, Offender Szuiaks Ezsruk, Head of Security, Witness, was contacted by CE in order to approve the Injuction vote, as well as has given the signature. Time of Incident: Real Time: 16:30 GMT Location of Incident: Supply Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ ] - Misconduct [x] - Other : Abuse of power Overview of the Incident: At approximately 16:00 station time, Chief Engineer placed an order for mutliple boxes of pizzas, 400 credits worth. After calling them to Cargo lobby and discussing the order, it became clear that reasoning behind that obviously personal order was distributing them among the crew due to absence of Chef. I hold no authority over Supply's funds without an approval of Head of Personnel, which I relayed to them. After an attempt at bargain, conversation moved to my office, where I restated my inability to execute such order and after excusing himself to use office's request console, CE handed me an Injuction form, with votes of themselves and Head of Security. While the Head of Security was involved in a form of signature, I suspect they were in a rush to deal with a large-scale carp migration, evident by them being clad in a voidsuit. Due to more pressing matters, Head of Security's decision was clearly not though-out, which did not stop CE from requesting an order, refusing to solve it by paying it, and threatening with charges for Failure to Execute an Order. Wishing to resolve the argument without involvement of Central's authorities over this injuction over boxes of pizzas, I shipped in an order using my own funds. Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [x] - Yes [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: No, Head of Personnel has not been present at the time of the incident. Actions taken: Additional Notes: Alternatevily, a reimbursement of the supply funds used to purchase the pizzas - 400 credits, would be a preferable resolution of this situation. Link to comment
