Why do you wish to play this specific race: Unathi are interesting in the sense that they're divided. There's no real government or a code most of them follow, and there's a sort of constant rivalry between all of them. There's some who stick to their code and enjoy battles, some who fight dirty and enjoy it, and even some who avoid battles when they can.

Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: As stated, Unathi have a code that most of them follow. They tend to butt heads with other unathi, and think highly of themselves.

Character Name: Azeazakel Razliakai.

Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs

The yelling of the tied unathi didn't stop. It was annoying, and saddening. Azeazakel turned to his fellow clan-mate,Razkulai, who was busy rifling through the mugged victim's items. "Find anything?" he asked. "Nothing, damn bag only had some papers in it." Razkulai responded as he threw the papers onto the floor. "Why you in ssssuch a hurry anywayssss?" he asked back. Azeazakel jammed his clawed thumb behind him, pointing at the tied-up mugged unathi. "You know..." said Razkulai as he began to check the victim's pockets If you had knocked him out properly, he wouldn't be thisss annoying right now.".

Azaezakel merely shrugged and continued keeping look out. "Nothing" said Razkulai as he was finished fumbling around in the pockets of the white dust covered jumpsuit the third unathi was wearing. "Letsss go, then." Azaezakel groaned as he picked up the lead pipe lying at his feet, which were in his hands only a few minutes ago. Razkulai put a taloned hand on Azaezakel's shoulder "You're forgetting something." he said as he turned around and pointed at the recently-mugged unathi, who was now struggling to get his hands untied. "What about him?" Letsss jussst go already." Azaezakel calmly stated as he began to walk down the path leading out of the alley. "we cannot jussst leave him, you dolt. He'll tell othersss!" yelled Razkulai, pulling into his pockets. "No one isss going to know, there'sss hardly any enforcement here." rebuked Azaezakel. "No chancesss, brother." as Razkulai finally pulled out of his pockets, revealing a small knife. "No need for thisss, letsss go." restated Azeazekel, eyeing the knife. "No. Chancesss.".

What happened next seemed to happen in an instant, in one fluid movement, the tied unathi was now gurgling, gagging, and eventually stopped already. The shock send a jolt of what felt like pain down Azaezakel's spine. "What did you jussst do?! You killed him for no reassson!" Exclaimed Azaezakel. Razkulai merely shrugged before cleaning off some blood on the freshly killed unathi's coat, intent on taking it. "Who caresss? No one will miss a dead wimpy geek." Azaezekal looked at the scene as Razkulai began to take all of the corpses' clothing. "Maybe, but they won't missss you." Azaezekal said, his voice nearly going into a yell. Razkulai could only turn around as the pipe In Azaezekal's hands struck him in the face, knocking him to the floor and knocking him into sleep. Azaezekal stared at the groaning unathi in shock. What would the others say? What would he do? Would they come after him? Azaezekal's eyes wondered to a poster laying on the floor, likely belonged to the dead unathi. He picked it up and began to read it, with what little basic he knew. "Do you want a job where you are respected for strength and loyality? A job where you can defend the innocent from the deviants and dangerous? If so, NT security is the job for you!" it said in large, black letters at the top. In the middle was a picture of a smiling unathi in security gear, standing next to other smiling unathi. Reading the office locations at the bottom of the poster, Azaezekal headed off for an office, hoping to leave his old life for an new, better one.

What do you like about this character? He's loyal to the people who deserve it, very nice to others to try to get them to like him, and is generally optimistic.

How would you rate your role-playing ability? 8/10.

Notes: I made this at 1:30 AM in the morning, also I had to resist the urge to make an unathi Max Max.

+1. Imraj Brar is an awesome character. I'm fairly sure that canon's going to make an awesome Unathi - mostly because Imraj is already a colorful, well-defined character with an actual personality. I am sure that these traits will move over and adapt to an Unathi character quite nicely.
