Security Citation/Fine PDA App

A programme on security officer PDA/Tablets which acts like a reduced version of the processing console from the brig. 

 

You'd take the offenders ID, stick it in the PDA, select the charge, select the fine, perhaps add a short narrative and then click render guilty. It would automatically deduct the money from the offenders account and print off a piece of paper or other type of "citation receipt" that states the details of the fine to the person you've just applied it to. 

 

Basically means you can fine small time offenders without dragging them all the way to the brig just to fine and release them. Litterbugs beware.
