FreshRefreshments Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Reporting Personnel: Rrhajaks Jhrasthinova Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Security Cadet Game ID: ch7-dckv Personnel Involved: Shivani Narain, Captain - Offender Rrhajaks Jrasthinova, Security Cadet - Witness Brooklynn Fischer, Security Cadet - Witness Shirin Abbasi, Head of Security - Witness M.A.X., Machinist - Witness/Offender(?) Ixone Strelizt, former Officer, currently Deceased - Victim Secondary Witnesses: Time of Incident: Aboard the Horizon on 2464 Real Time: 5/25/2022, around 6-6:10(?) PM EST Location of Incident: Partially within the Security Department, partially within Robotics Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [X] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [X] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: During the shift, there was some sudden and rapidly growing resentment and vitriol between some members of security, specifically Ixone Strelitz and an ISU unit. This quickly grew in seriousness, with Commander Abbasi seemingly referring to him as a "fucking Imperialist" over comms. Ixone swung out and hit the Head of Security, who responded by using less than lethal methods (a baton on stun) in order to drop her. She responded by taking out her laser rifle, and opening fire. This one stepped in to flash her, and help take her down. As this was clear attempted murder, capital punishment was deemed a fitting punishment. However, we then heard that Captain Narain had ordered the Dominian to cyborgification. There was great unrest over this, and all she had to say is that she's already had it done. What Ixone did was certainly attempted murder, over religious beliefs, but to submit her to cyborgification is beyond cruel. Otherwise, cyborgification is NOT a capital punishment. It gives off the feeling that it was done merely as a scare tactic. Otherwise, one must put themselves in Dominian shoes; she was submitted to the most horrifying experience one could have, damning her forever. Regardless if you believe in the Tribunal or not, this is her truth, and her punishment was given to be horrifically spiteful. Submitted Evidence: Unfortunately, she did not grab evidence from in the shift, but there are extensive statements on the matter over both Security and General comms. Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [X] - Yes [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: Shirin Abbasi, Head of Security, he said there was not much he could do. Actions taken: She was told to pick her battles, when she displayed her incredible displeasure with this situation. As a result, she thought long and hard, and has decided to send an Incident Report in to call on this act of thoughtless cruelty. Additional Notes: None of note.
