Notes: A review on Doctor Farson's notes and medical history will show, shockingly recent, cases of both Major Depressive Disorder and Antisocial Personality Disorder, the latter being diagnosed only a year ago. Were these lone incidences, I'd trust in the hiring teams word, but a recent interview with Doctor Farson has revealed to me a major onset of formerly undiagnosed Narcissistic Personality Disorder that hinders his ability to care for the patients he serves. He expressed a view on patients being a "problem he had to solve" rather than people. Puzzles, he'd later claim. Along so, he also expressed that he actively ignored people he viewed as "unlikeable": the likeable ones which, less-than-coincidentally, tended to be patients and coworkers who praised him. Several of which, he claimed, were bartenders. I do not believe this is healthy or proffessional behavior for a person in our position, to turn a blind eye to someone simply because he doesn't like them. And when asked, he claimed to find this behaviour healthy, and refused to acknowledge why it might not be. While I do not question the reasons he was hired, I do have to make a recommendation. Due to three rather serious diagnosed mental disorders that he is making rather minimal progress on, it is my proffessional opinion that Doctor Farson be relieved of his duties pending further progress in his mental health, unless his patients suffer for it.
