Skrell Psionics Coding Bounty

Hi. I have a proposed rework for the psionics systems. I need someone with coding knowledge to actually code it. I only have entry-level knowledge of DM, so I can not do this myself. So, I've posted a bounty for the completion of this project. The scope is rather large, and demands a ground up rework of the psionics system and the addition of a lengthy catalogue of different abilities covering both canonical and antagonist play. That said, I'm posting a bounty of 100 USD for its completion.

You can message me for details on the project, though it would be nice if, in the event you take on the project you declare it in this thread so we don't have multiple people working on the same project.

When/How do I get paid?
When the PR is merged. With Paypal.

Is your rework document concrete?
No. It can and will be adjusted for coding limitations and the desires of the Skrell Team.

Has a maintainer already looked it over?
Yes, Matt took a look at it and approved it.

Do I have to do icon work?
No. This is purely for the completion of the code.

Is there a time limit?
After the declaration you are taking it on, I'd like to see it completed within 2 months.

Do I have to bug fix it after the fact as well?
No, but the plan is to test the PR pretty heavily before its merged and we'll ask you to fix what we find then.
