Overview of the Incident:
This all roughly began after I came aboard, prepared some things in my office, and then proceeded to Operations as the bar was not open. I had come down with the intention to buy with my own funds gold, for decorative purposes as well as alcohol for personal enjoyment and business. While down there I had been enjoying a conversation with Malika Al-Kandari, the Techician handling my order Keala Nalika appeared from below in the supply area. They mumbled something to Malika to which they made a comment about the "mob" at which Keala Nalika seemed to become nervous and attempted to explain it away. I mostly ignored these offensive comments, including one where they stated my speaking of servants was they, "didn't go near these things", "things" being in reference to myself. What spurred the later heart of the incident was when I while still there enjoying a conversation with Malika I motioned over Keala Nalika as I had witnessed them whispering comments about myself which I intended to mischievously comment that I could hear what they were saying about me. They declined to come closer for me to tell them so, therefore I respected their boundaries and further mischievously commented, "I guess you'll be missing out."

Later, what I believe may have been a contributing factor to why the Offenders chose to go beyond what was called for and attempt to strip my immunity as a Consular, and have me cuffed, paraded through the halls, and made an example of for a "Low Level Infraction" was a minor "disagreement" if it could even be called one. Command was making a vote on a somewhat sensitive issue to which I replied that I had always wished to watch and acknowledge that it wasn't particularly helpful to the conversation. Immediately I was told I may not be present and that as well the Chief Engineer objected "strongly" to me being allowed to do so. There was some minor back and forth where I stated I wouldn't need to be present to watch to which I was denied again, and I stated I need not have them facilitate it.

While this interaction continued the Chief Engineer Zhao immediately presumed to encourage an injunction to stop me from being involved at all. Seeing that tempers had flared I stated that I would welcome any injunction and punishment for wrong doing on my part. To which Chief Engineer Zhao stated that there would need to be no evidence at all of wrongdoing to stop a "disruptive action" to which I asked how my observation would even be a disruptive act. Seeing that reason wouldn't be seen though I chose to allow the topic of conversation to die. Notably in reference to the sensitive decision though I did make a comment later where I stated while it may seem cruel I personally endorsed it and thought it was the most efficient and profitable decision. To which I was once again threatened with an injunction for my comments.

Happening somewhat simultaneously: I had opened a message chain to Keala Nalika where I playfully messaged: "That little tid bit I wanted to share with you, darling: is that it's rather trivial to have your auditory receptors tuned to hear even the lowest whisper. Interesting isn't it?" to which I was responded with, "what", and I clarified, "It's just what I wanted to share with you earlier. Knowing now that you have issues with proximity I just thought I'd send it off to you in a simple message." in reference to my assumption they had an issue with personal space. From there they replied "i think this is a misunderstanding", in my confusion I considered I perhaps messaged the wrong person, or another person was in possession of their PDA to which I responded, "How is that? Are you not Keala Nalika, Age 19? Next of kin Malana Nalika?". After that they replied with something but I actually hadn't read it due to them arriving at my office shortly after.

They began to rave about how on Silversun they liked the Golden Deep and some such other comments, and asked if we were "cool" in my confusion I mentioned I noticed they seemed nervous and my message earlier was just something I was sharing with them. They replied then that they were harmless and that they had presumed I would "throw them in a river" and that a Dominian had told them I might do that. This comment was somewhat audacious to me and I asked "Why would I do that?" and went further on to say "Have you done something worth throwing you in the river for?" as to highlight how absurd such an accusation was. He further commented on my "supposed" affiliation with the "mob", continued to ask if he was alright to leave which I informed him he was always free to go and that I hadn't even called him over, I should note he was OUTSIDE my office speaking to myself who had been presiding inside since the start.

I did prompt them to comment on their earlier comments about me such as calling myself a "thing" and how they had done so in Solarian Common which they presumed I did not speak which they attempted to make up excuses, call over a friend who had been in a few interactions(Clarie Tarson), and even pull aside someone who I must assume they may have not even known to testify that they loved "robots" like myself to which I told them I believed was an offensive way of referring to myself. At roughly this point the Chief Engineer passed: Frederick Zhao, and exactly at that time as well a false radiation storm was reported. He referred to the Chief Engineer as a friend and they departed, I even encouraged their departure as I saw they were uncomfortable and this was a good chance for me to allow them to leave. Now, while I can't be certain if Chief Engineer Zhao was the one who stated I'd have him thrown in a river, from here I must suppose while they went to shelter from the radiation it is most likely that Chief Engineer Zhao was shown the messages and crafted some narrative of me making a "threat".

I say that as suddenly, almost the entire security department arrived outside my office and then the Head of Security prompted a vote for Acting Captainship they attempted to place on Zelda Zamora, to which everyone aside from Chief Medical Officer Hrakra voted in the affirmative to. I had presumed they had all arrived in pursuit of my comments and to "enforce and injunction" which had never been clarified to have even been placed and what the terms were. Soon did I come to find out it was due to "threats" I had placed against Keala Nalika, it was not clarified until the Chief Engineer stated I placed some kind of "threat" making use of personnel records and stated they read it themself which makes me believe this was likely begun by Chief Engineer Zhao, in fact I recall overhearing on the radio Keala Nalika did not even know why I was being arrested as they implied it was possible I "murdered someone", unless they were feigning ignorance. I tried multiple times to clarify there was no threat and by this time the Head of Security: Artemis Grey entered my office with an officer, said officer pulling out their stunbaton and activating it. I tried my best to explain how there was no threat but it appears they had already made their assumptions without even speaking to me and insisted that the now Acting Captain revoke the protection of my office.

I should note at this point they insisted I be cuffed and dragged down to the Brig, even despite the fact I was told my charge was "Minor Assault" a low level infraction which regulation states I am to be served a fine for and never held in the Brig. I, understanding their knowledge may be somewhat lacking, even offered to go to the Brig of my own free volition without cuffs and simply follow them down there. They audaciously said they wouldn't want to be punched by a "machine" like myself, attempting to demean my status as a person and refer to me just as machinery. I should the fact I as a Consular, I would never even think to harm the crew and I pointed such out; even referencing how I wouldn't even need to punch someone due to my provided weapon which I further mentioned I had no intention to use. I asked the Acting Captain if they really thought this was an apt course of action: to revoke my immunity without need and have me arrested for a charge by Standard Operating Procedure I should only be fined for, to which they replied "Very".

Additional Notes: While I may have Keala Nalika in a somewhat negative light I should hope that they face no repercussions, they are as much a victim as I. Though differently, they are a victim of bigotry that seems to have been propagated aboard the Horizon by other members of the crew, from their comment to me I must presume Dominian in nature. It is my hope some resolution can also be sought for this horrible injustice to the synthetic personnel onboard.
