Add a newscaster to the chapel or chaplain's office

I had a plan to start a newscast feed ICly as a chaplain, telling short stories about the religion and read the other feeds people were writing to. But then I noticed.. There isn't a newscaster anywhere in the chapel area. Can one be added? Preferably in the chaplain's office? I think to the left of the requests console could be a good place, as it gives quick access for the chaplain when sitting in the chair. Or perhaps on the wall behind the visitor's chair, for anyone in the office to easily reach.

I don't see why we couldn't add one into the chaplain's office. I'll look into it tonight.
