Reason for Appeal: 

While I acknowledge that the characters I play tend to be more obnoxious and sillier than what may be desired, I do feel that there has been at least some overreach in the amount of warnings I've received, or at the very least a misunderstanding of the situations they were in regard to. I'm not trying to rules lawyer and I'll keep it as brief as possible for each one., but I'd like to go through and examine the warnings I've received in the past few weeks. For this final incident, yeah, it was too much but it was at round end and right after I had fallen from a balcony in front of another player, and as an antag I couldn't resist saying the line. Additionally, I'd like to note that in the player rules, there's nothing in particular that says contemporary memes can't be referenced, and frankly this one isn't leetspeak or internet lingo, but just a line from a video, so I don't think it breaks roleplay THAT much (And I'd posit that it added to the moment more than it detracted from it, LOOC liked it). If I missed where this is referenced in the rules, I'l cede this.

This is the same event the other warning took place during, but I'd like to point out that the rules on the wiki say this in regards to EORG:

• Conflict is permitted to continue elsewhere on the station, and in the escape-arm/shuttle if there's prior roleplay involved.
• If at the end of round a member of staff requests that all attacks be stopped, please do so. Our goal at the end of each round is to tidy up any staff business as soon as possible, so the round may restart, and being flooded with attack-logs will make this more difficult, thus creating longer delays.

So my character was wounded, used it to lure in a bystander, and attacked. Only after I was cuffed did an admin request that we stop with the attack logs, and I obliged with the request and smoked with the officers that arrested me in the last minute before the server ended instead. The admin that warned me seemed pretty adamant about this, so if I'm reading the wrong rules that's on me.

From what I recall, this was a 20-30 player round where another player was acting VERY suspicious (walking around covered in blood, that sort of thing) and as a journalist character who's always trying to report on crime, I felt that my character would raise suspicion if he didn't follow them around and report on them. Ultimately, they ended up in the brig and in their escape, I helped to try to contain them, and they attacked me which I escalated not a personal grudge that lead to me trying to find them in maintenance. I'd like to add that the entire time I was trying to contact this fellow changeling through the hivemind and was getting no response, even when they escaped I was trying to cooperate with them and leverage my position of trust to do something in both the changeling and AOOC chat. I've never had an admin contact me MIDROUND to tell me that I'm roleplaying all wrong, but I was bwoinked and ended up spending a good chunk of this round trying to resolve it instead of, y'know, being an antag. I know recounting rounds from memory probably isn't the greatest defense, but this one honestly still bewilders me and I'm not sure what to make of it, especially since the admin conceded that changelings can in fact come into conflict with one another.

Alright, this was LOW pop. As in, me and a security officer. So I bought the cowboy kit and challenged him to a duel, with an explosive implant on me that had "There's a snake in my boot" as the keyphrase. It was a silly gimmick for one other guy right before we both were gonna cryo. The entire trope of cowboys are all built on films, so I'm not really sure how this is any different than wearing a poncho or acting like any other cowboy from a movie. I'm also gonna be honest and admit that I didn't realize this was specifically a toy story reference, I thought this was a generic cowboy phrase. My bad, I guess.

Okay, yeah, this is gross. I admit that. Me and a few other people were joking about peeing in the sink in OOC, which is a semi-popular meme. Not much else to say besides that I don't really buy the "we have kids thing" seeing as MUCH darker topics are brought up pretty regularly IC and potty humor is the pinnacle of childish humour, but that's nitpicking. I'll take the L on this one.

So yeah, a few actual concerns, but really I just want to give greater context for each warning from my perspective. I enjoy this server quite a bit, I know my characters are a bit more over the top than they probably should be and I'd be more than happy to tone it back if need be, but also you've gotta admit that some of these warnings are kinda iffy. I'll cut the IC shitposting, and work with you guys to do whatever else you think would help. Sorry for any complications I've caused. At the very least, I'd like to shorten the ban to a temporary one. 

If all my gripes are silly/wrong, I accept that. Regardless, I'll settle down with my RP if i'm unbanned.

Assuming the ban is over the last incident, an appeal. Just think it's important to give context on some of the warnings since on paper 5 in 1 month doesn't look the greatest. If I have to contest the specific warnings, I can do that too. Not trying to complicate things here.

It’s over the most recent incident, yes. 
 

I have thought on this for a bit and, honestly dude it doesn’t seem like you learn. Re-appeal sometime after a month has passed.
