Overview of the Incident: It was reported to me by Doctor Dresden that Mr. Baum was spiking donk pockets with hyperzine and synaptizine, likely from the warehouse, and trying to sell them to people without disclosing this. These sales attempts occurred at both Medical and R&D. Following investigation, and testimony from the witnesses, we had enough evidence to charge him. Unfortunately, he went below decks early in the process, so we were not able to charge him.
