Bitla Lambda took 40,000 credits, claiming it as 'her cut'. On attempting to report her to officer Richter on returning to the Horizon, Officer Richter claimed that the theft of 40,000 credits was completely legal, before noting that it was 'way above his paygrade' to decide on. Submitted Evidence: No evidence was acquired beyond reports made to security officer Sebastian Richter, at the time. Who claimed that Lambda's theft was completely legal. Actions taken: Attempt at reporting to security, resulted in being told that the theft of 40,000 credits was legal, and that deciding if it wasn't was 'above the officer's paygrade'.
