Only three witnesses other than yourself are permitted, the rest go to secondary witnesses. Victims count as witnesses.) Cora Horvath, Hangar Technician- Victim Vershal Plaz, Chief Medical Officer - Offender Soraya Salehrad, Executive Officer - Witness Secondary Witnesses: (Name, Job Title - Short description of what they witnessed) N/A Time of Incident: 06:30 Real Time: 11:00PM MST 1/9/25 Location of Incident: Common radio, CMO Office Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [x] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [x] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Chief Medical Officer Vershal Plaz called various people into Medical, at one point saying (with no formality whatsoever) the entire Security crew needed to come in for 'clerical issues' with their medical records. Later on, Chief Plaz then insisted over common, a frequency everyone on the ship can hear and listen in to, that I had 'issues'. I told him that I have no medical issues and that he's got the wrong person, then he continued to say 'You do have issues', once again, to everyone who can hear common radio. Once in his office, he explained the issue in my records and said he would reach out to my employers and suspend me in two weeks if it wasn't fixed by then. Afterward I then promptly told him it was upsetting that he'd told everyone over common I had 'issues'. It implied I was medically unwell, and even though it was about clerical issues, that was still a breach of confidentiality. To tell everyone who can hear over common that someone has issues in their medical records, whether the issue itself is specified, is a breach of confidentiality. I told Chief Plaz that he should be PDAing people privately, to which he did not comment on, continuing to insist he did not leak anything private about my own personal records. Chief Plaz was then spoken to by Executive Officer Soraya Salehrad about the conduct, for she also agreed it was not acceptable. She said his response to her saying these things should not be discussed over common was a simple, 'Fair enough'. I don't know if it was disingenuous, but that sounds like a disingenuous response. Later on in the kitchen, Chief Plaz once again did not care that he was saying all this over common, as he claimed it was fine because he wasn't giving out details. After continued talking he said he would endeavor not to do it again and that he is new to the job, but I believe he has been working for many months now, and even so, this is a clear breach of regulations nonetheless. I agree people do make mistakes, but for a Head of Staff to do this for most of the shift seems unacceptable. I don't want others to be completely exposed over common channels like I was. Submitted Evidence: Would you like to be personally interviewed? [ ] - Yes [ ] - No [x] - If needed, sure. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why? Took to Executive Officer. Actions taken: None. There was no Captain on staff. Additional Notes: Quote
