Arresting officer (name+ckey): Patrolman Xu Zhelan (Ckey: Hardbass Mcgee) (Posting for them due to them having forum issues)

Suspect:  Atreus Makris (Machinist, SCCV Horizon)

Witnesses: Patrolman Kim Choi

Brief Summary: On the morning of 16th March 2467, Patrolmen ZHELAN and CHOI were attempting to question and process the suspects and witnesses related to the alleged assault of an Up!Burger worker (SEE RELATED FILE.) During the process, MAKRIS -- who had no relation to the case mentioned -- whispered to ZHELAN, inquiring about the bail of the suspect. When reminded that there is no bail for people who were arrested under suspicion of committing a felony. MAKRIS proceeded to ask 'how much to make this go away?' This was seen as an attempt of bribery, from ZHELAN. And MAKRIS was promptly arrested for obstruction of justice.

Released into the custody of: Vincente Albas, Consular, Coalition of Colonies.

Supporting evidence: Witness Testimony
