Additional notes: I believe that i have finished the surgery just fine, but, i guess, the pain he felt made him think i didn't close either the insicion nor the ribcage. Upon review of the reported situation and individual behavioral data on the noted employee, the Human Resources Division has decided to Deny this appeal request, with an addendum. Human Resources has authorized the following actions that the Crewmember may undertake: * Access to the Medical Department as a Medical Intern (Not a Surgical or Medical Resident). * The Crewmember, during this time - unless within extenuating circumstances - may not perform unsupervised Surgical or Medical treatment. Reports of failure to comply with this stipulation will result in total contract termination.
