Reason for Appeal: i decided to change how i approach the server.

As it stood at the point in which it happened, the relevant parties were contracted, apologies were issued where necessary and there did not seem to be any bad blood between the parties.
I do now understand that i may have come off a bit too harsh, a bit too crude, be it as it were, my own dissatisfaction with the system in place and lack of knowledge on how it changed made the discussion a bit heated, i have been pointed out that as things stand now the things are quite different, and i fully admit to being in the wrong.
