T+45 Minutes into Shift / Real Time: Approx. 02:20 UTC+1 Location of Act: CIC Overview: During a response to a piracy attack on a NanoTrasen Corporation phoron tanker, Azarii Marrkarr was the sole person occupying the SCCV Horizon's helm. Despite this, Ms. Marrkarr demonstrated extraordinary ability in single-handedly rendering the pirate vessel incapable, while also balancing manoeuvrability restrictions due to simultaneous SCCV Intrepid flight operations to-and-fro an away site. Though SCCV Horizon helm operations do lie within the domain of an Executive Officer, I have nonetheless filed this commendation report in the hopes of her mention in dispatches, a bonus exceeding that which can be dispensed by supervising heads of staff per S.O.P. (>1,000电 BSC), OR other low merit reward as: This is an exceptional feat. This was done in a high stress scenario. Ms. Marrkarr was wholly unsupported in achieving this feat, due to short-staffing and other command personnel being unable to provide support. Additional Notes I can think of few other command staff deserving of a commendation report as much as Azarii Marrkarr who, in the short time she has been on the SCCV Horizon's command roster, has repeatedly impressed with few negating factors. This is only the first of which I have supervised AND feel is exceptional enough to warrant a commendation despite being covered under expected duties ((and is Canon)).

Marrkarr -------------------- BODY: After careful consideration of the circumstances, we've come to the following conclusion on this Report: * Executive Officer Marrkarr will receive a Bonus towards their next paycheck amounting to 2,000 Biesellite Standard Credits. * This Report and it's conclusion will formally be added to Executive Officer Marrkarr's personnel file, in addition to that, a note positively outlining her duties amongst the attack will be added to the crewmembers record. The duties of commanding the SCCV Horizon and coordinating all bridge operations under either a) normal circumstances or b) special circumstances and emergencies all naturally land within the tasks assigned to the Executive Officer of the Vessel. It is also expected from members of Command Staff to always outperform the baseline of duties and set an example. Due to the bridge being severely understaffed and Executive Officer Marrkarr having effectively no crew to operate with, we have decided in favour of paying out a bonus and mentioning this on her record.
