Overview of the Incident: Following an assault situation, and arrest of the individual responsible, a call was made for the detective to retrieve the assault weapon (A crowbar) with an evidence bag. I could not touch it myself without breaking protocol, due to a lack of gloves. The detective failed to respond in a timely manner, and the suspect was growing restless. I was forced to take the suspect to the brig without waiitng for Lauderday to secure the evidence. He later arrived within the cell, without the evidence, stating said evidence was not required. Approximately ten minutes after the initial request, he finally went to retrieve the weapon, only to report back that it was missing.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: A complaint was filed with the head of personnel, John Eagleton
