Overview of the Incident: In short, Head of Personnel Jawdat sold a piece of evidence to research, presumably for an unknown amount of credits. During a hostage situation involving Luna Tsuki and Captain Arouet, there were reports of a shapeshifting gun. I'm not exactly sure what this means, but the gun - a highly valuable piece of evidence - was sold by Head of Personnel Jawdat to an unknown member of the R&D department. After several officers expressed their discontent, Head of Security Wolfe told the officers to "drop it". An unknown amount of time before being told to "drop it", Head of Personnel Houssam faxed Central Command, presumably to ask whether or not what he was doing was legal (it is not). Presumably worded in such a way that made him appear innocent, Central Command informed him that what he was doing was legal. Whether or not it was fine to sell a piece of evidence over to R&D, Houssam overstepped his rank by giving it to R&D. It should once again be noted that he did not fax Central Command before asking to sell it. It was only after the possibility he could be arrested for it that he did. Head of Security Wolfe also threatened to fire me if I arrested Head of Personnel Jawdat.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Yes, Head of Security Wolfe was informed several times that what Head of Personnel Jawdat had done was against corporate regulations.

Additional notes: Jawdat sold a piece of evidence for personal profit.
