Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph format. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: First contact, and the years thereafter. What's not to love about injecting a totally new thing into the station, seeing how people will react? Being one of the first to test a chemical reaction is a beautiful feeling, and I can't wait to slap some of my own potassium into the mix. Metaphorically. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: The Bound of the Vaurca are order-takers, borgs without self-will. They won't do much in their own mind, and will do anything you tell them to. Character Name: Ka'Viax'Zah Zo'ra Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs Hauling food, hauling metals. Hauling hauling hauling, that's all Zah does. Putting K'ois in the egg feeding devices, moving the first hatchlings into the VR chambers for the other designated drones to attach them, then feeding the machines there. Moving augmentations to the Vaurcae who do it, and nothing else. Hauling is all Zah does. It's all I do. I'm in a new hive, and I'll do as I'm told. The Aurora's halls are so large, and they have large cargo. Cargo that needs workers. Workers to move, haul, transport, whatever you may call it. Ka'Viax'Zah Zo'ra, cargo technician, has arrived on station. What do you like about this character? Well, I'm doing this to find out if Vaurcae are the right species for me. They definitely sound like it, and I mean, their population is so high that I feel we need to have more Vaurca characters to have people feel like there's actually a large amount of them. Guest Menown Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Sleepy can roleplay, that much is certain. I've had experiences with he/she/xir/it/us(?) in the past. Some of them good, some of them bad. I'd like to see if Sleepy can handle this, but, I'm almost certain it/she/he/xir/we can. Hopefully. Don't make me look like an idiot for endorsing this, please. I'd subtract points for not describing the color as a 'musky piss' by the way. Link to comment
