Personnel Involved: Jade Rathel, other members of the crew that were able to listen on the radio. Time of Incident: 0100-0200JAN2458. Real time: (Early Morning. 19JAN2016.) Location of Incident: NSS Aurora. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [X]Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Misconduct over the radio is the majority of this complaint. One, the woman Jade Rathel greeted everybody with insults toward them when she arrived on station. The next few minutes consisted of more insults between her and another party, which she instigated. The series of insults continued throughout the shift, which she instigated over and over. At different points she had claimed the radio channel was so quiet, then would go on as to explain why she is the greatest officer. Many members of the crew bore witness to her behavior, as they responded to her insults over the common channel. She had also made several complaints to other members of the crew about them not working, despite the fact that she was seen standing idly by consistently throughout the shift, as well as made counter-productive attempts to hinder the efforts of others, one being her pouring out one of the buckets Moregranitsy was using to clean a mess, something she had no right nor reason to lay her hands on.
