Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary)

At the beginning of my shift, I went to the chemists in order to get my prescription of Citalopram which I take as an anti-depressant. There were two chemists present, named above, and one of them tended to my prescription and gave me a bottle full of pills, each of which were labelled "Citalopram (5 Units)." Which was my prescription. However, I noticed throughout the shift that taking my pill was seemingly doing absolutely nothing for me, and depression started setting in. I even ventured to take a second pill, and still there was absolutely no characteristic mood elevating effect which my prescription gives me. Using my signal ace cartridge in my PDA, I scanned the reagents of the pill to discover that the chemists had, in fact, given me iron pills and labelled them Citalopram. My girlfriend, Talia Gauss, and coworker, Irene Niequist essentially had to babysit me as I became a sobbing mess part way during the shift, and the chemists would not answer me over comms about the fact that they had completely failed to give me my prescription medication.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: None, the CMO went cryo by the time I found out.

Additional notes: Depriving the depressed of their medication which they need to get through their day normally is incredibly messed up.
