Alberyk Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Reporting Personnel:Sslazhir Yinzr Rank of Reporting Personnel: Cargo technician at the time. Personnel Involved: Marc Price, head of security. Abel Coats; detective. Jager Wolfe, captain. Time of Incident: Around 20 hours of 15/02/2458. Real time: 15/02/2016. Location of Incident: NSS exodus brig and starboard security maintenance. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct [x] Overview of the Incident: I was walking in the tunnels above the dorms and I heard the sound of something being smashed, then I found an broken airlock, the one which is always bolted in the maintenance starboard of the brig, I removed the engineering tape from it. Then, the detective Jared Clarkson walked towards me pointing his weapon and demanding for me to explain myself, I told my situation and he said I was under arrest by the orders of the head of security, I explained that he would need a warrant in that situation, code green and I was only standing before the airlock. I said I would come to the brig, but, he did insist in cuffing me, which happened and then I was dragged to the brig. There, I was searched and security did refuse to show a warrant, even if they had no proof of anything, I was not in possession of any kind of object that could crush an airlock. Then security questioned and searched me, even removing my headset when I asked for help from the head of personnel and the captain. The captain, Jager Wolf, was present during this, and said he was unable to do anything about it, and that I would need to bring the issue to an internal affairs agent or central command. The quartermaster was also brought to the brig, while security was searching cargo for some reason. I was released later, probably due to the fact that security had no proof of anything. Take in mind that during all that time, Abel Coats said he was acting under the orders of the head of security, Marc Price. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Captain Jager Wolf, however he said for me to bring this issue with central command itself. Additional notes: Detective Abel Coats did apologise for that and explained again to me that he was just following orders from the command staff.
