Jennalele Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Reporting Personnel: Ashlyn Talin Rank of Reporting Personnel: Forensic Technician Personnel Involved: Douglas Finlay (Officer, witness), Dylan Wright (Officer, witness), Jamie Clark (Atmospherics Tech, subject of complaint) Time of Incident: (~10 AM EST on March 29th) Real time: (^) Location of Incident: Science Maintenance, Comms, Brig Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment [x]Assault []Misconduct [x]Other (Sexual Harassment/Assault) Overview of the Incident: So, the shift started as normal. I was pulling Forensics with Detective Ron Alfred, no officers for the first fifteen minutes of the shift. Dylan Wright shows up shortly thereafter, but takes some time to gear up. We're made aware of an issue with Engineering, the details of which I don't know- It was between Wright and the Chief Engineer. Wright asks Jamie Clark to come up to Security for a few questions. Clark refuses, cusses us out, and runs off to hide. We're told to go arrest him, and after 15 more minutes decide he's sparked a manhunt, considering we have to scour the station for him. Ron Alfred and I used his PDA to be able to track him, as he'd disabled his sensors. Ron regularly sent messages, and I tracked the little pip noises. We found him hiding in an airlock and took him down. From the time I slapped cuffs on him to the time Wright met us back at the brig, Clark had been making extremely sexual comments towards me. There were multiple attempts to pull and sniff my hair, touch me, as well as very blunt statements of his intentions, such as "You will stay in my basement," "You will be mine whether you want to or not." On its own, this is something I'm used to. I didn't think anything of it, and an officer told me to toss him in Solitary. He opened the door, and let me pull him inside, but seemed to forget I lacked access. He wandered off as soon as I went inside, and as I took the cuffs off of Clark, the doors locked behind me. At this point, he told me it was just us, and he would be able to have his way. He called me his "Sugar bunny," then shoved me down before I could call for help. I dropped my cuffs in the process, which he proceeded to use to cuff me down, instead. He was holding me aggressively against the ground with fairly clear intent by the time Officer Wright showed back up, wondering what was taking me so long. He tased down Clark, pulled me back, and had Medical look me over while he dealt with Clark. I don't know what happened to him the rest of the shift. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: No, but it was reported to the psych, whom I believe messaged Central. Additional notes: N/A
