LordPwner Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Reporting Personnel: Oak Evans (LordPwner) Rank of Reporting Personnel: Roboticist (During The Shift) Personnel Involved: - Director Evelyn Fermi (Printer16) - Helmut Kronigernischultz (Pyrociraptor) - Curel Wald (Ricky madenson) Time of Incident: 13:40ish Station-Side Time Real time: 1:44 PM Central Time 7/16/2016 Location of Incident: Research Department Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [X]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: When I arrived on station for my work shift of this day, I came upon, lacing Research levels. All of which were Level One, showing no work had been done to raise them. I asked for the Director outright to do some of the Research due to the fact they are a Director of the RESEARCH Department. However, when I asked kindly, they straight out denied me with the statement 'I'd rather not.' At this point I was slightly angry from this, as she is a Director of Research and should be able and want to research if it is needed. I then asked her to get the only other scientist who was also there for most of the shift with her to come and do some Research. Which she then ignored and began to discuss with the scientist. Now, with level one Research Levels, my job as a Roboticist is very lacking and unable to improve much due to our lacking files to produce objects like greater cells and the such like. With this, I was quite flustered at why they both avoided doing their jobs and making sure it was done. After a good ten minutes, the Director, Doctor Fermi FINALLY came down to Research and got the levels up. A good ten minutes before the shift ended. For a good hour and fifty minutes the Director nor Scientist Helmut Kronigernischultz did any Research through out the Whole Shift! Doctor is a witness to this, she came in a few minutes after my arrival and saw the lacking Research that neither the Director nor Helmut Kronigernischultz where able to manage on their own without someone nagging them to do. And Doctor Kronigernischultz never even returned to his lab, he kept saying he was seeing a Ghost that was 'chasing' him and the Director seemed far more worried about that. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: - None at the time. Additional notes:
