Allow cultists to summon robes without the sword and allow them to summon cultist EVA suit.

When they use the equipment rune, they should be able to just get the robes, and not the sword, so they can wear fancy robes without getting instant arrested by security and lethals designated for them.

Also, their is a cultist EVA suit - Which right now you can only dig out of the asteroid rarely, which a rune should be added to summon it.

Downside of the cultist IEVA suit is you look shoeless in it because of the recent code change that made things like boots, masks, and so forth to not show through IEVA suits (This also ruined the look of gas masks and syndie softsuits). The cultist IEVA suit sprite lacks any boots on it, so the easy fix would be to just nick the cultist boot sprites and frankenstein them onto the IEVA suit sprite.
