Give wirecutters to science borgs.

They are equipped to handle pretty much every department in research, including robotics. Would be stupid if they couldn't complete a ripley just because it does not have wire-cutters.

If I am not wrong, they can't hold exosuit parts with their gripper, so, that would change little in regard to building mechas. However, they also lack a multitool, so, it is fair to believe it is on the purpose that they are unable to mess with other cyborg's wirings.

I shall note, plant cutters and wire cutters are the same thing currently, with different names. Them not having wirecutters means they don't have the ability to help out in Xenobotany very well.
