The Research Robots should be able to use a magnetic gripper, which allows to grab a hold of objects such as components and other objects which cannot be held with the scientific gripper.

They already have a gripper that allows them to grab whatever it is needed for them to do their work. not really needed.

 

Except a gripper to grab components. Can't they at least have the scientific gripper revised a little so that they are able to grab protolathe components?
