Overview of the Incident: The transfer shuttle was coming and he advertised his religious newscaster station, the Words of the Suns, which leads to his SocialScreech page, about information on The Family of the Tau Ceti Faithful, and information about a how Avery Bell burns Tajaran religious symbols. When the subject came up, Avery Bell went out of his way to sit in front of him on the shuttle, burn S'Rendarr's Hand in his pipe, and blow the smoke in his face while mocking him.

Earlier in the shift, he took the seeds of Messa's Tears and S'Rendarr's Hand out of the public seed vending machine to protect them, meaning to get these, he had to go well out of his way to get them. There we no gardeners or xenobotanists working this shift, so to get to the other available machines, he also had to break into areas he didn't have access to, just so he can get the seeds, and then smoke them.

Additional notes: He is not going to stop reporting his doing this until you give it the attention it deserves. This is a hate crime, and if you continue to purposefully ignore it, he will take it the police.
