The ability to order EVA control suit modules from cargo

I was working one shift as a miner, and there was another miner working that shift. We got into an argument, and lost roughly thirty minutes of work time because of it. It is fairly minor, but I really don't see the reason why you can't order EVA control suit modules from cargo. Or get them from science.
