Time of Incident: Several offenses through the whole shift, biggest one around the 1:20 hours mark, when i arrived to the NSS Exodus

Overview of the Incident: I arrived to the shift normally, first thing i do is to ban Antony Kell from the bar, as he has harassed me a number of shifts before this one, when i arrive to the bar i see him waiting near the counter, i recall telling them to go, when i get out of the backroom after changing clothes i see Kell with some tools near the Booze-o-mat and said machine sparkling wildly, during the shift, he begged and knocked on the window of the bar, asking him several times to leave, they only did when i called IS of the station, later that shift, an officer that isn't Poslan gives me a beer kegg, he said some engineer stole it, i propose Kell, seeing how he normally is a raging alcoholic and he could've done that because i rejected him from that

- Anabelle Sovno, Captain: She told me to cut it when i was adding the theft charge

- Ikrad Yam'hir, Chief Engineer: I PDAed him, i am not totally sure if he was SSD or he decide to ignore it

Actions taken: Security did brigged him when the tranfer was ready for the crew, but someone with said behavior -and i repeat he harassed me a number of other shifts- needs to be punished in some other way

Additional notes: The behaviour of this engineer had myself and some others near to me tired of it, i repeat again, it was not once, but several offenses
