Bring back part of the old airlock behaviour

I'm specifically referring to the part where airlocks automatically close again after a power outage.

It's so fucking annoying that after a power outage all crow barred airlocks stay open.

The old behavior was that whenever the airlock had power again, the normal automatic door close timer would initiate and it would eventually close on it's own.

Pretty sure it's a bug, if an airlock is crowbar'd open due to cutting the wire, it will automagically close, but this seems to happen only when the entire room is depowered.
