[Ron] An Electrical Arc Gun

The basic idea is an electrical gun that hits one person, and then arcs to anybody in a tile adjacent to them, then tiles adjacent to those people, then tiles adjacent to those people and so on and so forth.

Pros of the weapon:

• Could be used to attack multiple enemies at once
• Useful for crowd control

Cons of the weapon:

• Will not differentiate between friend and foe, so using it when allies are within it's path will harm them as well
• If you are within one tile of your target or one of the people in the chain, it will also hit you
  
• The weapon requires a lot of electrical power to use, meaning it has very few shots and a somewhat lengthy recharge time.

Edit: An additional idea to balance it one way or another might be to make it only stun, and not do real damage.
