vorewolf95 Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 Species you are applying to play: Tajaran What color do you plan on making your first alien character (Dionaea & IPCs exempt): Hharar Taupe Have you read our lore section's page on this species?: Yep Why do you wish to play this specific race: The huge amount of work put into the Tajarans has always sorta pulled me in, along with them feeling like the most whitelisted race - meaning more other Tajaran's to interact with, I love to make animal-like characters, I don't know why, but its fun, the 'Peoples' are valued well, and the idealistic nature of most Tajarans is great. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: They're like freed slaves that now understand the importance of 'Peoples', and their classless society is something humans could never get correctly. damaged by war, free and controlled by crime.There's also the genetic part of it all, with the four sub-species which have different perks and societal differences. Character Name: brea mhr'ja'hal Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs Brea was born in new kingdom territory, far east 2430, her mother was a con artist, her father was in charge of transportation, both were young and inexperienced, they did not wish to raise brea in new kingdom so they fled seeking asylum, they eventually found a small city and began living off 'found' goods, her father finding another traveling job began to 'sell' their 'found' goods, once Brea began to lie, she did it often, lying about her familys status, she began begging on the street, if someone didn't hand over a coin, she took it with some agility and stealth, this only began her story Over time she made friends, enemy's and after a while she got an anonymous letter to aurora station, she accepted curious of what she would find there and what she could possibly get, she looks forward to making new friends and enemy's in this new environment What do you like about this character? Greed is fun, and when I end up playing Brea, she's gonna learn that Tau Ceti deals with crime differently. Of course, being the taj she is ], she might get targeted by punks, and will have to somehow lie or swindle her way out of whatever issues people have with her.
