Overview of the Incident:I was in the engineering sub level fighting a level 7 viral biohazard in space. While my oxygen canister ran out of oxygen. And i was dragged out of there with a popped lung by the Head of Security. The offender in question. Tried to treat my popped lung via going to surgery. They administered anethesia but i was still awake and they cut my blood vessels with the slip of their hand. After that. They dragged me all the way back to the ICU unit without treating my popped lung OR the mistake they made. Making me suffer due to the lack of oxygen for around eight minutes. Before a medical borg H.E.L.P.E.R rectified the problem. (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary)

Actions taken:We tried to arrest the doctor. But we could not find anybody. So i decided to file a report.
