Snakebittenn Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Karimi Abdel Nour Al-Shennawi Rank of Reporting Personnel: Cargo Technician Game ID: bTM-dhjc Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Elyiana Haverfort-Marx, Roboticist - Offender (Unknown) - Zuhzir Mansurhani, Cargo Technician - Witness (NursieKitty) - Suvek Tokash, Warden - Offender Time of Incident: 4/8/2560 Real time: Around 5:00 MST, 4/8/2018 Location of Incident: Holodeck Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Elyiana Haverfort-Marx, a human filled to their hairline with intolerable amounts of racism, had been provoking this one, and his friend Zuhzir the entire shift, as well as every other Tajaran. They did this initially via common radio, but it had soon escalated to assault. The first incident was her shooting this one's friend Zuhzir with a shotgun in the bar, after we were embezzled by a bartender. The second assault, which is the meat of this complaint, took place in the holodeck. A recruitment drive for the New Kingdom of Adhomai was occurring, and it had seemed that the Roboticist displayed a keen interest in the group. They called this one a communist many times, and a catbeast even more. They had spat thrice in this one's eyes. The third time, this one was filled with equal amounts of rage, and took a screwdriver to her eyes. A nearby Vaurca officer, this one cannot remember their name, stunned this one with a baton. While they were downed, Elyiana stomped violently on their head. This one was quickly arrested, and taken to the brig, which was oversaw by warden Tokash. There, this one was arrested for 'attempted murder', despite this lacking any malicious forethought. It was a passion crime, as this one understands. The warden eventually moved them to the shuttle dock, after giving this one a HuT sentence, but managed to do so while wearing stolen contraband, a pair of force gloves. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: We attempted to plea to captain Paul Jonson, but we were deflected. Actions taken: The HoS told them off, they guess. That is really all.
