Overview of the Incident: Scientist Samara Leech built a genetics laboratory without prior authorisation, and handed out humanised monkeys to medical, in direct breach of directive four, without executive permission; she also debated performing experiments with genetic anomalies on humanised monkeys, but decided against it due to a lack of permission. When I attempted to intercede on their behalf, not then aware that they had constructed the illegal lab already, and that they had already handed out research materials without permission. They proceeded to dismiss the chain of command and the authority of command staff repeatedly, and were warned to cease communications three separate times, resulting in charges of Misuse of Public Comms, and Failure to Execute an Order, which were unfortunately not carried out before the end of shift. In summation: -Altered station structure and constructed an unauthorised experimental research section without informing command staff, or seeking permission. -Handed out research materials without informing or seeking permission from command staff, in breach of directive four. -Repeatedly ignored orders from command staff, as well as dismissed their authority entirely. -Animal abuse of humanised monkeys by medical, in live, public dissections by Doctor Nero. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Me, Chief Engineer, (Gollee) Actions taken: Charges of Failure to Execute an Order, and Misuse of Public Comms, were filed with the ISD. Doctor Lucy Nero has been permanently warned for her public display which has been found to have been performed in bad faith, and a mandatory psychological evaluation has been prescribed.
