A programme on security officer PDA/Tablets which acts like a reduced version of the processing console from the brig. You'd take the offenders ID, stick it in the PDA, select the charge, select the fine, perhaps add a short narrative and then click render guilty. It would automatically deduct the money from the offenders account and print off a piece of paper or other type of "citation receipt" that states the details of the fine to the person you've just applied it to. Basically means you can fine small time offenders without dragging them all the way to the brig just to fine and release them. Litterbugs beware.

It could be fun and presents an opportunity for roleplay and intervention by authorities that doesn't involve direct antag tier conflict, but at the same time doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's an exploration ship. Typically, stowaways are hitching a free ride to the next port of call. The Horizon is heading off into deep space for long periods of time, so why would someone stow away on it instead of some cruise liner or cargo ship?

Republic of Biesel Work Visa. A card (like the passcard) for characters who are not citizens of Biesel but roleplay having a valid work visa. Just something to have in the wallet which may come up in roleplay and could be carried by a character to show that they're legally employed and in Biesel jurisdiction.

Change the chair behind the desk of the investigator's office to an office chair or otherwise rather than the cloth chair. Its a bit of an inconvenience as an office space as you need to climb over the chair to sit down at the desk.

What the title says. I remembered that carbon copy paper exists and is useful for certain types of paperwork, but you can only print forms from the request console on regular paper.
