Reverting back would be a massive downgrade.
Yes, discord forums are clunky and convoluted, however, they're so much better than manually creating new channels for every single character. Having to ping staff to create a new channel? Being afraid that you're asking for too much if you want a second one for a new character? Having to manually go one by one to cull unused channels when the max amount of channels runs out? These would be considered crazy if we weren't already accustomed to what we had to deal with in the past.
Facing crashes on mobile is frustrating, I do feel for you, but IMO the benefits outweigh the downsides greatly. Imagine, every time you wanted to make a new character ingame, you had to ahelp and wait for one of the staff to respond.
