CampinKiller Posted July 26, 2018 Posted July 26, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Marc Price Rank of Reporting Personnel: Head of Security Game ID: bVx-aVMN Personnel Involved: - Klaus Eliade, Captain (Offender) - Ynnefer Killinski, Research Director (Offender) - Fabe Dante, Detective (Witness) - Bigby Farkas, Security Officer (Witness) - Gracie Fitzgerald, Security Officer (Witness) - Cassian Graves, Security Officer (Witness) - Mya Ivanova, Security Cadet (Witness) Time of Incident: Approx 0430 Biesel Relative Real time: 0200 CDT, 7/26/18 (GMT -6) Location of Incident: Firing Range Nature of Incident: [X]Workplace Hazard [X]Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct [X]Gross Negligence Overview of the Incident: Director Killinski brought Lawgivers to Security. They were placed in the Armory, and myself and Officer Fitzgerald took them to the firing range for testing. While we were there, Fitzgerald's hand was blown off by an exploding Lawgiver. It exploded because the weapon had been imprinted with the Director's DNA, for an unknown reason. As this was gross negligence, I issued a warrant for the arrest of the Director on the charge of i221: Gross Negligence. Captain Klaus Eliade decided that there was "insufficient evidence" to charge the Director, and nullified the warrant, stating that it was both of our fault's, and the officer's own fault for blowing her hand off. This is despite the fact that the Director should never have implanted her DNA on the weapon. The Captain then went on a tirade about how ISD cannot be trusted to handle the weapons, and that they should not be tested in the firing range. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: It was reported to the Captain, who failed to adequately resolve the situation. Actions taken: Nothing was done Additional Notes: N/A
